Is installation complicated? What are the door requirements?

Installation is more complex than standard bored locks, requiring aprecise rectangular pocketto be cut into the door edge for the lock case. Professional installation using a dedicatedmortising jigis strongly recommended. Minimum door thickness is typically1-3/8 inches (35mm) or greater.
