What industry security grades do your entry door handlesets comply with?

Our commercial-grade products are rigorously graded according toANSI/BHMA (American National Standards Institute/Builders Hardware Manufacturers Association) A156.13 standards. We primarily supplyGrade 1 (Highest Residential/Commercial) and Grade 3 (Heavy-Duty Residential/Commercial)locksets, which undergo exhaustive testing forcycle life, torque resistance, forced entry, and security, making them ideal formulti-family housing, commercial buildings, and high-end residential projects.

What type of lock cylinder is used?

Standard Cylinders: Comply with ANSI/BHMA requirements.

Are the handlesets reversible for handedness? Are they compatible with standard North American doors?

Most designs arefully reversible (non-handed)for easy installation. Our locks are compatible with standard North Americandoor thicknesses (primarily 1-3/4" to 2")andbackset measurements (2-3/8" or 2-3/4"). We provide detaileddoor cross-section measurement guides.

How do your products withstand harsh North American weather (extreme temperatures, moisture, salt spray)?

They are engineered specifically for exterior entry:

  • Internal Lubricants: Perform across a wide temperature range (e.g., -40°F to +250°F).
  • Finishes: Feature multi-layer corrosion-resistant plating, 96 hours salt spray with premium models using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coatings for exceptional resistance to corrosion, UV fading, and wear, even in coastal regions.

As a project purchaser, can we get locks keyed alike or set up on a master key system?

Absolutely. We provide professional key management services, configuring all locks for a project to use a single key (Keyed-Alike), or setting up complex Master Key systems with grand master, master keys.

Do you offer OEM/customization services? What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

We specialize in flexible OEM and customization, including private labeling, custom finish colors, and specific functional combinations. MOQs are flexible based on the scope of customization. Project quotes are welcome.
